International Students

We are pleased to welcome each year a number of students from overseas, into both our senior school and sixth form college.  The Royal High School is a truly international learning institution and we place a very high value on having students from different parts of the world.  It is central to our vision of helping all our students to become tolerant, compassionate and thoughtful  global citizens. 

Our location in Bath, one of the country's most beautiful cities, and a United Nations World Heritage Site certainly helps to attract many students to us.  Bath is a university  city and has a flourishing cultural life.  it is also conveniently within reach of London, Bristol and international airports.

But the main reason students from abroad choose us is, we believe, the outstanding quality of teaching and learning, together with a strong sense of community and purpose.   

Our lessons are all taught in English and we understand that this can be a challenge for some students if English is not their first language.  We have experienced and qualified staff to provide additional tuition in English to those students who need it.
