Nursery School visit to Westonbirt Arboretum
Mon 19 May, 2008
The Nursery girls thoroughly enjoyed their trip to Westonbirt Arboretum on Friday. The rhododendron and azaleas were in full bloom and we had a wonderful time collecting the fallen petals. The girls looked, listened, sniffed and touched to complete a woodland treasure hunt, and they found lots of evidence of the animals that live in the woods. The highlight of the day was our picnic lunch followed by a visit to the bird room and playtime at “Exploratree”. Thank you to all the Mums and staff who accompanied us – we hope you enjoyed the day as much as we did!
